Jeyakumari Balendran était incarcérée pendant un an dans une prison connue pour son recours à la torture.
Son crime : avoir demandé au gouvernement sri lankais des informations sur son fils disparu depuis 2009.
Libérée sous caution, elle reste soumise à des contrôles et restrictions.

Attention, le format des appels du mois a changé : ce n’est plus une lettre mais une carte prérédigée et préadressée qu’il faut détacher du document, signer, timbrer et envoyer.
